- May 26 – Ongoing
- Shifts:
- 8a-430p
- Looking for three days per week
- Ideally would be Tuesday – Thursday but can be flexible
- Setting:
- Clinic and Call
- Call: Weeknight Call Only, call expected for onsite coverage days
- 99% Outpatient 1% Inpatient (consults), mainly outpatient, inpatient consults are infrequent but still possible
- Consults, follow ups, on treatment visits weekly
- Dedicated tumor boards that would have to be attended weekly
- Primary diagnoses of these patients are Breast, Prostate and Lung
- Census:
- 15-25 treatments per day
- On average 3-5 new consults and 9-12 follow up clinic visits weekly with the opportunity for added capacity
- Support Staff:
- Full support team but no APPs
- Three Rad Therapists
- Procedures:
- CT Sim, IGRT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS, HDR
- EMR:
- EPIC/Dragon
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified or Eligible Required
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Requirements:
- Active MI state license or IMLC
- Active DEA in MI or willing to transfer
- BLS
