o A. Diagnostic EGD: 100 procedures
o B. Total Colonoscopy: 100 Procedures
o C. Snare polypectomy: 20 Procedures
o D. Nonvariceal hemostasis (upper and lower): 10 active bleeders and total of 20 procedures
o E. Variceal hemostasis: 5 active bleeders and a total of 15 procedures
o F. Esophageal dilation with guide wire: 15 procedures
o G. Flexible sigmoidoscopy: 25 procedures
o H. PEG: 10 procedures
o I. Diagnostic ERCP: 75 Procedures
o J. Therapeutic ERCP: 25 procedures (includes 20 sphincterotomies and 5 stent placements)
o K. Tumor ablation: 20 procedures
o L. Pneumatic dilation for achalasia: 5 procedures
o M. Esophageal stent placement:
