Primary Care Physician– Holiday, Florida

Role:

• Compensation: Upto $290K salary + up to 20% of base salary in bonus’
• Competitive sign on bonus
• Bonus’ based on: 1. Patient satisfaction rating 2. Living the company’s values 3. HEDIS compliance 4. Reducing hospital sick days
• Primary Care – Outpatient
• Low patient volume – 15-18 patients per day
• Value Based Care Model
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (Hearth disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.)
