Primary Care Nurse Practitioner –Houston, TX

COMPENSATION: Salary $140k + $10k Bonus

To support continued growth, our client is seeking high-caliber primary care providers and clinical leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and communities.

Role:

• Compensation: $140k
• Bonus: Up to 10k year 1 and goes up as a partner.
• 18 patients a day
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler)
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
• Value Based Care
• Outpatient

Requirements:

• Board Certified Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Bilingual: Spanish Speaking (preferred)
