We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing outpatient practice in beautiful Bradenton, Florida. This is an opportunity to work in a patient-focused, value-based care model with strong clinical support and a manageable patient panel.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient only
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Average 10-12 patients per day
• Max panel size of 650 patients
• Senior patient population with complex chronic conditions
• Dedicated care team support including MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
• Minimal call schedule shared across market providers
• New clinic opening May 2025
