Compensation:

• Base Salary: $260K-280K

• Incentive Bonus up to 10%

• Signing Bonus up to $50K

• Partnership Track (No Buy-In)

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient

• Monday-Friday schedule

• No nights or weekends

• Average 18 patients per day

• Max panel size of 450 patients

• Administrative time built into schedule

• Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist

• Senior patient population with chronic care needs

• Partnership opportunity typically within 12-18 months

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Residency trained in FM or IM
