• Outpatient Clinic Visits 8a-4:30p
• After Hours Phone Call 4:30p-8a
• After Hours Call/Phone Only 4:30p-8a for Established Patients Weekend Call/Phone Only – Shared with both locations -Virtual Inpatient Rounding weekend
o Schedule:
• Full time (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday
o Cases/Procedures:
• No surgeries or procedures required
o Clinical support:
• 1 APP, Recruiting for a 2nd APP underway
• Locums will not supervise APPs
• Medical Assistants in practice
o EMR and Dictation Tools:
• EPIC/Dragon
o Case Logs:
• 24 patients with illnesses related to the practice of Hematology within the past 12 months.
• 24 patients with illnesses related to the practice of Medical Oncology within the past 12 months.
o Required experience, training, and certifications:
• BC/BE – Must be board certified in both Hematology & Medical Oncology
• BLS
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
• Will consider IMLC
o Credentialing Timeframe:
• Typically, 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
