• Deliver comprehensive primary care to senior patients
• Partner with a multidisciplinary care team
• Perform routine in-office procedures

What You Need

• NP with 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
• Active, unrestricted state license
• Passion for senior-focused, value-based care
