- Coverage Needs:
- Need October – Ongoing
- Must be able to cover 5+ shifts per month
- Shifts:
- 7a-7p OR 7p-7a
- Setting:
- Freestanding ED
- No trauma designation
- Low volume
- Census:
- 14.5k annual ED volume
- 11 ED beds
- Average encounters per day: 40
- EMS Volume: Approximately 4%
- Admission Rate: Approximately 5.5%
- Fast Track: None
- Support Staff:
- Will work as sole provider mostly
- Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
- EMR:
- EPIC
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Requirements:
- Active TX state license
- Active DEA in TX or willing to transfer
- ATLS, PALS
