- Need ASAP – Ongoing
- Must be able to cover 5+ shifts per month
- Shifts:
- 7a-7p, 11a–11p
- PEDS—7p-7a DAILY
- Mondays-additional 9a–5p and 4:30p–12:30a
- Setting:
- Regional Hospital
- Level 2 trauma center
- Medium acuity
- Census:
- 77k annual volume
- 22 bed ED
- Approx 192 patients per day, 2pph – includes residents numbers
- Support Staff:
- Full support staff and multiple ED MDs on staff
- Lab 24/7; x-ray 24/7; CT 24/7 (dedicated to ED) ; Ultrasound 24/7 (in ED); MRI 24/7; 24-hour access to Radiology
- 24-hour back-up: Hospitalist, Gen Surg; Anesthesia; trauma; cardio; intensivist/pulmonary; ENT; Ophthalmology; Urology; Ortho; hand; podiatry; OB/GYN; Neuro; neurosurgery; plastics; gastro; thoracic; vascular; oral surg
- Transfer: PICU, major burns, major ortho peds, peds psych – .07% transfers
- Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
- EMR:
- EPIC
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Requirements:
- Active NY state license or compact license
- Active DEA in NY or willing to transfer
- ATLS, ACLS, PALS
