Professional Background: My career started far from healthcare recruiting, working manual labor jobs. One day, sitting in a work truck in New England, I found myself thinking there had to be something more out there. Not long after, I responded to a job listing from a recruiting company, and the rest is history. Nine years later, I’m still building relationships and connecting healthcare providers with opportunities.
Approach: I believe the best recruiter-provider relationships are personal. That means letting people get to know you beyond the job at hand by sharing a little about yourself and your family, finding common ground and taking the time to build a genuine connection. That personal approach builds trust and creates relationships that can last well beyond a single opportunity.
Fun Fact / Outside of Work: I’m married with three boys, so life outside of work stays pretty busy. I enjoy playing basketball, even though I may be approaching retirement age for the sport. I’m also a fan of fishing, camping and board games.
