Professional Background: I began my healthcare recruiting career in 2008 with The Curare Group, where I recruited physicians and advanced practice providers, led a recruiting team, and helped build the company’s locum tenens division. I later spent more than seven years leading clinical and executive recruiting for Humana’s Conviva and CenterWell organizations, supporting more than 110 value-based primary care centers across Florida and Texas and continuing on as the organization grew to 14 states and over 300 centers. Most recently, I served as Director of Talent Acquisition for Cano Health, leading physician, APP, clinical, and operational recruiting during a major organizational restructuring. My areas of expertise include physician and APP recruitment, value-based primary care, executive and leadership search, difficult-to-fill clinical roles, recruiting strategy, and developing long-term partnerships with healthcare leaders.
